1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

The Service allows registered users to purchase prepaid credits and spend them on AI-generated text and image outputs produced using third-party and proprietary generative AI models ("Outputs").

3. Eligibility and Geographic Restrictions

You must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity to contract. The Service is not available to residents of, or persons accessing the Service from, the following countries/territories, and we reserve the right to block, suspend, or terminate accounts associated with these jurisdictions without refund where required by applicable sanctions or AML law:

Afghanistan (AF), Algeria (DZ), Angola (AO), Belarus (BY), Bolivia (BO), British Virgin Islands (VG), Bulgaria (BG), Cameroon (CM), Côte d'Ivoire (CI), Cuba (CU), Democratic Republic of the Congo (CD), Haiti (HT), Iran (IR), Kenya (KE), Kuwait (KW), Laos (LA), Lebanon (LB), Monaco (MC), Myanmar (MM), Namibia (NA), Nepal (NP), North Korea (KP), Papua New Guinea (PG), Russia (RU), South Sudan (SS), Sudan (SD), Syria (SY), Venezuela (VE), Vietnam (VN), Yemen (YE)

You represent that you are not located in, and are not a national or resident of, any restricted jurisdiction above, and are not subject to any applicable trade or economic sanctions.

4. Account Registration

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

5. Credits and Payment Mechanics

  • Credits are a prepaid, non-transferable unit of account purchased with EUR (or another currency converted to EUR at checkout) via our third-party payment processor.
  • The EUR-to-credit exchange rate and per-generation credit cost (varying by model, resolution, length, or feature) are displayed at the time of purchase/use and may change prospectively; changes do not affect credits already purchased.
  • Credits are consumed only upon successful delivery of an Output. If a request fails due to a technical or system error on our side, the credits charged are automatically returned to your balance.
  • Credits do not expire provided your account remains active (at least one login or transaction) at least once every 24 consecutive months. Credits on accounts inactive longer than 24 months may be forfeited, subject to mandatory consumer law.
  • Credits have no cash value outside the Service, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be transferred between accounts except as expressly enabled by the Service.

6. Refund Policy

  • Digital content acknowledgment: by purchasing credits and generating an Output, you expressly request immediate performance of a digital service and acknowledge that, to the extent permitted by applicable law (including the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU and Digital Content Directive 2019/770), you lose your statutory right of withdrawal once generation has begun with your consent.
  • Refunds are provided only in the following limited circumstances, and only for the affected credits/transaction:
  • A technical failure on our side that prevented delivery of an Output (credits are auto-returned per Section 5; if a cash refund is instead requested within 14 days of the failed transaction, we will process it).
  • A duplicate or unauthorized charge, verified by our payment processor.
  • Credits purchased but never used, where a refund request is submitted within 14 days of purchase and no generation activity has occurred on the purchased credits.
  • No refunds are given for: dissatisfaction with the creative, stylistic, or qualitative outcome of an Output (AI generation is inherently probabilistic and non-deterministic); change of mind after an Output has been generated; or account suspension resulting from violations of these Terms.
  • Refund requests must be sent to the contact email below with proof of purchase. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 business days. Nothing in this Section limits any non-waivable statutory consumer rights available in your jurisdiction.

7. Delivery / Turnaround Times

  • Text generation Outputs are typically delivered within seconds and up to 2 minutes of request submission.
  • Image generation Outputs are typically delivered within 1–10 minutes of request submission, depending on model, resolution, and queue load.
  • During periods of high demand or third-party model provider outages, delivery may take longer; we will notify users of material, sustained delays via the Service. Undelivered requests are handled per Sections 5 and 6.

8. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to generate content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, sexually exploitative of minors, intended to harass or deceive, or that violates the rights of third parties. We may refuse, remove, or block any request or Output, and may suspend or terminate accounts, at our reasonable discretion for violations of this Section.

9. Intellectual Property

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment for the relevant credits, you receive the rights to use Outputs you generate for personal or commercial purposes, to the extent the Company holds or can grant such rights under its agreements with underlying AI model providers. You are responsible for ensuring your inputs and use of Outputs do not infringe third-party rights. The Service's software, branding, and underlying technology remain the property of the Company and its licensors.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service and Outputs are provided "as is" without warranties of accuracy, originality, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's aggregate liability arising from use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid for credits in the 3 months preceding the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under Estonian or EU mandatory law (e.g., death, personal injury, fraud).

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or legal/regulatory requirement. You may close your account at any time; unused credits are handled per Section 6.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any dispute not resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection venue rights you may have in your country of residence.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be notified via the Service or email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
